Capabilities

Our in house facilities include: -

• Full C.A.D. / C.A.M. facilities enabling 3D machining
• C.N.C. Turning capacity up to 400mm diameter by 1 metre long
• C.N.C. Milling Capacity up to 1 metre long by ½ metre wide.
• Mazak Slant Turn 20, C.N.C. Mill Centre, with fully programmable C ‘axis, capacity 268mm dia x 270mm long
• E.D.M. Wire Cutting 4 axis
• Precision Grinding: - cylindrical and surface
• CNC Engraving
• Welding
• We have on site skilled coded welders with the capability of welding Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Steel.

Materials commonly processed include:-

• Stainless Steel, commercial and aircraft grade
• High Tensile Steels, commercial and aircraft grade
• Aluminium grade L 168-T6511 and 7075-T7351
• Aluminium Bronze
• Inconel
• Plastics

Surface finishes and heat treatments are regularly supplied to our aerospace and commercial customers as per individual requirements.

All finishing is carried out to Aircraft and / or commercial standard, as per customer requirements.

Our supply chain is fully approved to the relevant industry standards.
